At Springs AI Solutions, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like to permanently delete your VoxGram account and all associated personal information, we provide a simple and straightforward process.
This page exists to fulfill Google Play's account deletion requirements for the VoxGram mobile application.
What Gets Deleted
When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your VoxGram account and all login credentials
- All associated voicemail data, including recordings, transcripts, and metadata
- All personal information linked to your account
- Account preferences and settings
Note: We may retain minimal information only as required by law, for security, fraud prevention, or to resolve disputes. Anonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot identify you may be kept.

Expected timeframe: 7–14 business days
We aim to process requests as quickly as possible. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
By submitting a deletion request, you acknowledge and agree that:
- Your account and associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our active systems.
- Deletion is irreversible. Once processed, your account cannot be recovered.
- Any content or data you have created within VoxGram will no longer be accessible.
