Paotie Dawson is deaf — and that fact has shaped everything he builds. He spent years working at the intersection of government, data, and public information, and kept running into the same wall: critical information exists, but it's never actually accessible to the people who need it.
He built COS-GPT because government documents should be readable by citizens, not just lawyers. He built VoxGram because missing a voicemail shouldn't mean missing a connection. He built Springs AI Solutions because the tools to fix these problems finally exist — and someone has to use them.
